Terms and Conditions:
1. The Xtreme House Makeover competition begins at 12am on the first day of every month, and ends at midnight on the last day of every month (Times are EST)

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is offered in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and United Kingdom. Participants must be at least 18 years old at time of entry. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Only one entry per month is allowed per user.

3. Winner Selection: There will be one (1) drawing held on the first day of every month. Players are limited to a total of one (1) prize per during the promotional dates (1st January - 30 June 2009).

4. Prizes: No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Any and all taxes on a prize, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

5. Winner Notification/Releases: All winners will be notified by email and/or mail and must submit a prize claim via email by sending their full name, address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth within fourteen (14) days of that potential winner's selection. This notification email is intended only for the personal and confidential use of the recipient(s) named above. If the reader of this email is not an intended recipient, you have received this email in error and any review, dissemination, distribution or copying is strictly prohibited. If you have received this email in error, please notify the sender immediately by return email and permanently delete the copy you received. Furthermore, the contents of any attachment to this email may contain software viruses that could damage your computer system. While we have take reasonable precautions to minimize this risk, we shall not accept liability for any damage which you sustain as a result of such software viruses. You should prudently carry out your own virus checks before opening any attachments. All participants, by entering, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the "Sponsors") from and against any and all liability for injuries and/or damages sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of a prize, or while preparing for or participating in any qualifying or prize-related activity (including any of the tasks at the Web Site and/or using the Web Site) or in any way related to participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering, all entrants consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes as determined by Sponsor without further approval or compensation, worldwide, in perpetuity and in any and all forms of media whether now known or hereafter devised (except where prohibited).

6. Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or the Web Site or any web site related to the competition; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Limitations of Liability: The Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission at the Web Site or any web site related to the Sweepstakes, or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions or failures, problems with connections or availability, or for garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or for theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entries and/or entry information. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winner from among all eligible entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSORS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE INTERNET SITE http://www.xtremehousemakeover.com OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE.
